Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a notification email containing logistics tracking information.

International Shipping

We deliver to multiple global destinations, currently shipping to the following countries:

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for international orders will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your destination.


Duties and Taxes: Please note that import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. In accordance with international trade practices, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


How to Track Your Order?

After shipment, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the logistics tracking number.


Logistics information may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.


If you have not received your package within 15 days after receiving the shipping notification email, please contact our customer service at support@yoosetech.com. Provide your name and order number, and we will promptly investigate for you.
